For person(s) accompanying participants:
Meal prices are: $100 per person per four day session
$60 per child under 10 yrs
$50 per child under 5 yrs
Trailer rental $60/person for four days.
* Cost of individual meals are $5 - Breakfast, $10 - Lunch, $13 - Dinner
Airport pick-up and return - $40 each way
Deposit for all Four Day Classes is $250. Deposit for Two Day Guitar Class is
$100. This will reserve your space. One deposit per person. Balance due upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations prior to July 1, half of the deposit will be
refunded. ($125 for Four Day class and $50 for Two Day Guitar class). If total was paid,
refund will be all but $125 (Four Day class) or $50 (Two Day Guitar class). No refund for
cancellations after July 1st.
Guardian
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian. Ages 12 and 13 can be at camp without a
parent/guardian during the day but must either have a
parent/guardian pick them up each evening or stay on
site with them at night. Adolescents 14 and older can
attend camp without a parent/guardian, however, we urge
parents/guardians of all children under 18 to accompany them if possible.
All parents/guardians
must be aware that there are no "camp counselors" (that
provide the constant supervision that counselors do in a
traditional camp setting) and release responsibility of the
Pelletier Guitar Camp in the event of accident or illness.
How Our Paypal Payments Work:
- You can choose to pay for your entire package or the deposit only
- If paying entire package prior to May 1, we'll re-emburse your $25 Early Bird Deduction
- If paying deposit only, your $25 Early Bird Deduction will be deducted from your balance owing. Balance due upon arrival to camp. No early bird deduction for Two Day Guitar Class.
- Family Rate Reductions, Family Trailer Rates and Bursary Funding will either be re-imbursed (if paying total) or deducted from your balance owing (if paying deposit only), if applicable.
- If you indicated in the box above that someone will accompany you and needs meals/trailer rental, their costs will be payable upon arrival to camp.
- All costs will be summarized in a confirmation letter that we'll send you after we receive payment. A receipt will be issued for your total upon arrival to camp.

Please pay the total of all registrants with Pay Pal but register and submit each person on a separte form.
You may pay for registration through Paypal, but please also fill out the
registration form
and submit it, or print it and
fax or mail it to us.
