  • Forty years teaching experience
  • Proficient in country, swing, bluegrass & fiddle styles
  • Previously played guitar for Ferlin Husky, Billy Grammar, Ian Tyson, and Al Cherney, to name a few.

Clint Pelletier (Guitar)
Clint Pelletier

  • Will instruct all weeks - Gypsy Jazz class in week 2 only
  • Student of Grant McEwan College music program
  • Proficient in jazz, classical, flamenco, bluegrass & fiddle styles
  • Previously played lead guitar for world music fiddle group "Barrage" and currently leads a gypsy jazz group called "Hot Club of Edmonton" and a world music show called "Eclectrip" ... a musical journey.
  • Earned a 2010 Western Canadian Music Award for 'Instrumental Album of the Year' for self titled CD, Hot Club of Edmonton.

Linda Campbell (Guitar)
Linda Campbell

  • Will instruct a TWO DAY beginner guitar class July 30-31.
  • Credentials include B. Ed (Music), A.C.T.L. (Piano), R.M.T.
  • Has been teaching beginner guitar as well as piano and violin for years.
  • Developed a "Strum and Sing" guitar course that she'll use at the Pelletier Guitar Camp.
  • Founder and multi - instrumentalist in Prince Albert all female group "For the Love of Music" that earned a 2005 YWCA Women of Distinction award in the Music category.
  • Linda's program has been a hit with beginner players.


Thea Neumann - (Voice) Thea Neumann

  • Will instruct a Voice - Learn to Sing Melody and Harmony class in weeks 1 & 2
  • Graduated from the Grant MacEwan College of the Arts, Vocal Performance Major and mentored under Sunny Wilkinson, head of the Vocal Dept. at Michigan State University.
  • Performed at the 2006 Detroit Jazz Festival. Worked in the jazz scene in Chicago.
  • Recorded an EP of original material of which her song 'Vancouver' won Editors Choice with the International Society of Poets and is now working on a full length CD.

Clint Dutiaume - fiddle/mandolin Clint Dutiaume

  • Will instruct fiddle and mandolin class all Weeks
  • Nine time Manitoba Instrumentalist of the Year
  • Winner of CAMA for Best Fiddle Album and received nomination for Top Producer
  • Inspired by Reg Bouvette, Andy Desjarlais and Charlie Daniels
  • Proficient in fiddle, mandolin, bass, guitar and drums

Dorian Michael - Guitar Dorian Michael

  • Will instruct all weeks. Will instruct blues classes and/or finger style classes.
  • From Templeton, California this great player has performed for four decades playing blues, folk, jazz and rock through-out the US and Canada.
  • Performs solo, duo, in a roots rock and roll band and an electric blues band all based in California.
  • Has written two books on alternate tunings and recorded three DVD's on beginner finger style, intermediate finger style and blues improvisation for Centerstream Publications.

Pete Laflamme - Guitar Pete Laflamme

  • Will instruct all weeks. Can tailor class to specific tunes in many styles including classic rock.
  • Studied jazz in Montreal at a young age and later graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Music and teaching certificate.
  • Constructs and repairs acoustic, electric, and bass guitars.
  • Proficient in contemporary finger style, jazz, and blues.
