At the Pelletier Guitar and Music Camp, it has been our experience that it works very well to combine bass and piano students with the guitar students.

This method has proven to be effective at our camp and the class takes on the sound of a full band. This is really fun for the participants and teaches everyone in the group how to play with each other.

All the instructors are qualified to take bass and/or piano students in their class. Plus, theory is the same on any instrument. Freddie also has Grade 8 Royal Conservatory on piano.

Bass/Piano participants will also take part in the "Workshops" in the last hour of lessons each day as outlined on the "Special Guitar Classes" page.

It would be advantageous to have some basic knowledge on these instruments prior to coming to camp. You will be grouped with a guitar class that is at the same level on their instrument as you are on the bass or piano.

You are required to provide your own piano/bass and amplifier. Equipment rental and pick-up/return can be provided at your cost. Please arrange this with the camp no later than June 20th if possible.
